Save a Child's Heart

Save a Child’s Heart (SACH) is an Israeli-based international humanitarian project, whose mission is to improve the quality of pediatric care for children from developing countries and to create centers of competence in these countries. SACH has saved the lives of over 2,300 children from 39 countries to date.

The SACH mission is achieved through:

  • Providing life-saving cardiac surgery and other procedures via a team of 70 dedicated experts who donate their time at the Wolfson Medical Center
  • Training medical personnel from those countries served by the organization
  • Leading surgical and training missions to partner countries in the developing world
  • Holding pre-operative and follow-up cardiology clinics both in Israel and abroad

We believe that every child deserves the best medical treatment available, regardless of the child’s nationality, religion, color, gender, or financial situation. By mending hearts and building bridges, SACH is contributing to a better and more peaceful future for all children.

The Young Leadership Program

The Save A Child's Heart Young Leadership Program reaches out to students and young professionals all around the world. Young leaders engage in a wide-range of meaningful programming at SACH in Israel, on their respective campuses and in their communities.
